These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Get Trip Sorted website ("Get Trip Sorted", "we", "us", or "our"), operated in Australia. By accessing or using Get Trip Sorted, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Get Trip Sorted is a flight search and comparison service. We display flight information and pricing sourced from third-party travel providers via the Travelpayouts affiliate network. Get Trip Sorted does not sell flights, does not process payments, and is not a travel agency, airline, or tour operator.

When you select a flight and choose to book, you will be redirected to a third-party provider's website to complete your purchase. Your booking, payment, and any related contract are made directly with that third party and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Flight prices, availability, and schedules displayed on Get Trip Sorted are provided by third parties and may change or become unavailable before you complete a booking on the provider's site. We do our best to display accurate and up-to-date information but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability at the time of booking.

Get Trip Sorted participates in the Travelpayouts affiliate program and may earn a commission when you book through links on our site. This does not affect the price you pay. Our search results and rankings may take referral relationships into account alongside price, duration, and other factors.

You agree not to:

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access Get Trip Sorted without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or the systems of our partners.
• Use Get Trip Sorted for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Australian or other law.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information when using the site.

The Get Trip Sorted name, logo, website design, and content (excluding third-party data such as flight prices and airline names) are owned by or licensed to Get Trip Sorted and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our site without permission.

Get Trip Sorted links to third-party websites for booking and payment. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party site, including their terms of service, privacy policies, pricing, or customer service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Where our services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.

Get Trip Sorted itself only supplies a search and comparison service — it does not sell flights. Any consumer guarantees relating to the flight or travel service you book apply against the third-party provider you booked with, not against Get Trip Sorted.

Except for guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Get Trip Sorted is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 8 (Australian Consumer Law), Get Trip Sorted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or related to your use of the website or any booking made with a third-party provider, including but not limited to flight cancellations, schedule changes, or pricing discrepancies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Get Trip Sorted after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia [placeholder — confirm the state/territory your business is actually registered or operating in]. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state/territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.
